WOOOOW! What a fantastic experience. Found this on Google while I was looking for something to help with sleep and stress. It's like I've found a new inner calm all the sudden and I guess we all that inner voice that tells us we are not good enough and all that.. but this also seems to help with that. This was great, thank you for sharing. Fell into a very deep sleep afterwards. Would you listen to something like this on repeat, as you would a meditation - or is a hyno session more of a stand-alone thing?
Hi Tess, Very happy to hear it! On repeat is too much. Better to listen as you are falling asleep or before a nap 2-3 times a week. Its effects will begin to “wear off” after a month or two. But there will be more! xxx
