WOOOOW! What a fantastic experience. Found this on Google while I was looking for something to help with sleep and stress. It's like I've found a new inner calm all the sudden and I guess we all that inner voice that tells us we are not good enough and all that.. but this also seems to help with that. I will definitely listen to it again soon. Thank you so so so much :)

This was great, thank you for sharing. Fell into a very deep sleep afterwards. Would you listen to something like this on repeat, as you would a meditation - or is a hyno session more of a stand-alone thing?

Hi Tess, Very happy to hear it! On repeat is too much. Better to listen as you are falling asleep or before a nap 2-3 times a week. Its effects will begin to “wear off” after a month or two. But there will be more! xxx
